Atractocarpus sp. nov., de la région de Koumac.
Cette nouvelle espèce, non encore décrite et nommée, est présente notamment au Creek à Paul, mais pas seulement.
Elle est distincte de A. heterophyllus par ses fruits en fuseau (comme A. bracteatus, mais en bien plus court) et ses feuilles planes.
Le vrai A. heterophyllus est circonscrit actuellement aux Belep et à Yandé. Il a des fruits presque ronds et des feuilles révolutées.

Portland & Western SD7R 1501 works the yard at Albany Oregon. Wearing a refreshed coat of SP scarlet and grey, the 1501 was built in November 1952 as SP 5280.

Apparently as of today there are only 19 patched AC4400s left on the UP . The SP is dying a slow death
Still flying in my garden but the markings on the face were too irregular to take this Eupeodes sp. further, but my best guess is Eupeodes luniger. (27/11/2020)
