A black and white version of the wonderful round pebbles and beach platforms at Nash Point. South westerlies by British Sea Power is a fine title, as south westerly winds and longshore drift cause these beautiful features.
A brighter picture of Eastbourne's coastline, which is a beautiful and popular tourist destination in the UK. This shot was taken early in the morning when it was quite. The day looks warm but it was actually freezing cold.
Hope this shows the beauty of Eastbourne more than my last post of the place did.
Have a great day and thank you as always for the views, faves and the delightful comments across my stream.
Rock crevice at South Durras taken at sunset. Sea was relatively calm with an outgoing tide. Must come back when it's fuller to get some movement over the rocks.
It's taken me a while (well, two years actually) to get this photo as I like it... Epic place whatever the weather.
The south shore of the Great Salt Lake is pretty easy to reach from an access road that parallels I-80. These are mudflats, swampy, and conditions change often.
That is Antelope Island, the largest of ~10 islands in the Great Salt Lake.

With a 177 foot drop, the South Falls is the most popular waterfall in Silver Falls State Park. This shot is from the bridge across Silver Creek.
Happy Waterfall Wednesday!
Another shot from Friday night at Anglesey's South Stacks. Was a very hazy sunset which sort of worked out ok. Would have preferred a few nice Fluffy clouds to reflect off but at the same time. If there had been no clouds or haze it would have been a little boring in the sky :-)
