Sepang has seen some of the rarest, most powerful cars in the world... but nothing quite compares to this. Who would have expected to see this in the metal?

Lady of Elche remembers well the mysterious personage that reigned the mystic destinies of the Kingdom before her
father.
The Sixth Cardinal of Krudhyn was known by the Dark Cardinal, the Master of the Black Order of Krudhyn, a powerful Mystic Order defending the return to the past and the glory of the ancient Krudhyn God Kings.
His connection with the dark spiritual forces and thirst for power was always very strong which led to his dismissal some time ago by the current monarch.
The deposed Cardinal was never able to forgive such an act and retired to the Monastery of the Ancients in the Khordh Mountains.

One of the more sympathetic views of the much maligned Walkie Talkie skyscraper...... From immediately behind it the characteristic bulge is hardly noticeable.
On the subject of London, I'm organising another London Flickr Group photowalk for Saturday April 23rd, more details here if anyone is interested :

From Wikipedia : "20 Fenchurch Street is a commercial skyscraper in London that takes its name from its address on Fenchurch Street, in the historic City of London financial district. It has been nicknamed 'The Walkie-Talkie' because of its distinctive shape. Construction was completed in spring 2014, and the three-floor 'sky garden' was opened in January 2015. The 38-storey building is 160 m (525 ft) tall, making it the sixth-tallest building in the City of London and the 12th tallest in greater London.
Designed by architect Rafael Viñoly and costing over £200 million, 20 Fenchurch Street features a highly distinctive top-heavy form which appears to burst upward and outward. The entrance floor and 34 floors of office space are topped by a large viewing deck, bar and restaurants are included on the 35th, 36th and 37th floors; these are, with restrictions, open to the public.
The tower was originally proposed at nearly 200 m (656 ft) tall but its design was scaled down after concerns about its visual impact on the nearby St Paul's Cathedral and Tower of London. It was subsequently approved in 2006 with the revised height. Even after the height reduction there were continued concerns from heritage groups about its impact on the surrounding area. The project was consequently the subject of a public inquiry; in 2007 this ruled in the developers' favour and the building was granted full planning permission. In 2015 it was awarded the Carbuncle Cup for the worst new building in the UK in the previous 12 months."

Rab (Italian: Arbe, Latin: Arba) is a town (grad) on the island of Rab in Croatia. According to the 2011 census the total population of the town was 8,065, whereas only 437 lived in the titular settlement (naselje). Rab, the settlement, is located on a small peninsula on the southwestern side of the island.
The town has a long history that dates back to 360 BC when it was inhabited by the Illyrians. The island was the frontier between the regions of Liburnia and Dalmatia. From the third century BC to the sixth century AD Rab was part of the Roman Empire, and Emperor Augustus proclaimed it a municipium in 10 BC. It was the first town of Roman Dalmatia to be given the honorary title "felix".
Among the signatories of the Second Council of Nicea was a bishop of Rab, namely Ursus. (“Ursus episcopus Avaritianensium ecclesiae” Ursus of Rab)[3][4]
The worst disaster in the town's history was an outbreak of the plague in 1456 that decimated the city's population.
There are many churches in the town. The largest is St. Mary the Blessed, which was built in the 13th century. The church of St. Justine is now a museum of sacred arts, while the chapel of St. Christopher (dedicated to the patron saint of the island) is nowadays called the Lapidarium. The four church bell towers became the symbol of the town and island. The oldest dates back to the eleventh century.
Saint Marinus, the Christian founder of San Marino, was a native of Rab who is said to have fled the island under Diocletian's persecution in AD 301.

I think of you now, standing all alone
In a life that's passed; a time that's gone before
A quick pain will come to close your tired eyes
There's no more hurt; there's no more loving ties
And sweet Jesus talks, talks with bastard lies
The smell of the soil, evergreens, the pines, and ice
Was tortured and bled in a nothing life
Now tortured and dead for a nothing life
My brothers in woe
My brothers in war
And they are still standing, standing all alone
Decider of fate; a child insane
A face that tells, tells all things wise
That face of youth has shriveled and died

Portland & Western's Toledo Patch operates in the median of NW 6th Street in Corvallis, Oregon. This stretch of railroad was actual street running until a 1970s project to separate the railroad grade from the tarmac. The street trackage was a legacy of Southern Pacific's Red Electric interurban service.

You know, sometimes you just have to trust your instinct, especially the most primeval ones. This girl was hanging there in peace, fishing, or trying to... and at some point she must have felt some tingling sensation at the back of her neck, probably some sensitive heritage from when we were mostly prey to other animals... and without even thinking she followed this urge to turn around and check who the hell was there! And of course, there I was, stealing her fabulous straight stare, exactly straight at me, without hesitation or defect of an inch to where my eyes, well behind my camera, were. Isn't that cool by a human being?
Captured: 1251 Sixth Avenue -- New York City, NY.
Last weekend I had the privilege of joining a few friends for a holiday walking tour of NYC. We hit a few of the classic Christmas time venues in the city, including Bryant Park, Radio City Music Hall, the windows at Macy's, and also a stop into the New York Public Library.
Seen here is a view of the Giant Christmas Ornaments that adorn the fountain at 1251 Sixth Avenue. This site has a classic backdrop of Radio City Music Hall, and is a very festive part of town at this time of year -- Especially with the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree only a few blocks away.
Happy Holiday season to all! Thank you again for your support during this past year! Wishing you the very best in 2015!
