This Hydro-Therapy session was held below the Appleway bridge at Stateline, Idaho. The day entailed many different stunts and intense competition. With a crowd of approximately twenty, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the evening. The event wrapped up with a party at the Palenque Mexican restraunt.

Shortly after the start of the Columbus Art Association, a certificate of incorporation was passed that created the Columbus Gallery of Fine Arts, which later became the Columbus Museum of Art. Francis Sessions, an art-minded banker and entrepreneur, as well as Alfred Kelly and six other distinguished Columbus gentlemen were the first Trustees of the Gallery. Their purpose was to handle donations, promote the fine arts and to find land and erect a building to hold the art they would acquire. The Columbus Art Association’s mission became the establishment of the first art school in Columbus.
In this edition of the Picnics we celebrate once more the lightness as a virtue: it seems that all the invited artists have released unnecessary ballasts, to show us that the important thing is an immediate access, without superfluous mediations, in which to be able to share with us all that Which seems impossible in other spaces and contexts. With works that are easy to transport, where you avoid the artifice, you illuminate the detail and caress the spontaneous: the pleasure of doing what you do, sensitivity, sensoriality and perception, exposing the vagaries and creative nooks and crannies. We still want to make you an active participant. We want to eat with you, to dance with you, to sing with you, to imagine with you, to think with you, to build with you. Light but still with our feet on the earth, not to lose even a single moment of these paradises that we want to make everyday.

The 'Masterlink Sessions’ are a joint venture of James Welch (MLP studios) and Stefan Redtenbacher (Redtenbacher's Funkestra).
Their aim is to create seriously funky music, have fun and
strengthen the community of creative and open-minded musicians who love Funk/Soul/Blues and Jazz.
Enjoy the spirit of their vision in their videos, sharing the talents of all involved.
The MLP studio band, aka the Redtenbacher’s Funkestra rhythm section will perform live in the studio ft. guest vocalists and instrumentalists, recorded by James and filmed by Leo Mansell. Like the legendary studio bands ‘The Wrecking Crew’, ‘The Swampers’, ‘The Funkbrothers’, ‘Booker T & The MG’s’, etc. we will have a whole bunch of extremely talented musicians in the studio band.
First off a special thank you to:
Stevie Watts - keys (Organ)
Leo Appleyard - guitar
who started the series off. The musicians in this picture series are:
Mike Sturgis – drums
Mike Outram - guitar
Jez Davies - keys (Rhodes)
Stefan Redtenbacher - bass
Helena May – lead vocals
Gemma Stoddard - backing vocals
Fans are welcome to sit in the recording and control room of the studio during the sessions! Just let us know beforehand so we can co-ordinate as we only have very LIMITED capacity!
