Our first two cats - Sapphire (the little girl) and Webster (the boy in front). We miss them both very much.

White-chinned Sapphire (Hylocharis cyanus)

The Gardner River flows sapphire blue past Sheepeater Cliffs.

The columnar basalt cliffs were named after the Shoshone Sheepeater Indians, the only known American Indian occupants of what is now the Yellowstone National Park.

They were ejected from the Park to make earlier visitors feel more comfortable after some tourists were killed & injured when the Nez Perce traveled through the Park on their flight to Canada. I was reminded of that watching the first episode of "The National Parks: American's Best Idea" (recorded on DVR -- it aired Sunday).

A pair of custom sapphire earrings, I thought it'd be SO easy to do these but I was wrong. Started off with the wrong size chain and 0.5. mm really make a difference proportion wise! but they're done and I think I like them, hope the customer does too:)

Pink is an amazing colour and it's very popular among women's choices, also some men. Pink symbolizes youth, good health, beauty, and playfulness. Pink sapphire is also a remarkable choice for engagement ring stones and it's also a good alternative for pink diamonds.

Pink Sapphire is a natural, light pink to deep violet-pink coloured, precious gemstone from the Corundum mineral family and colour is due to trace amounts of chromium. It can be found in a wide range of pink colour hues and hot pink is one of the best vibrant colour and is familiar with ruby. The hot pink colour is also known as “bubble-gum pink”. It's also hard to find with natural conditions.

This excellent transparent pink sapphire was found in city of Gem Ratnapura, Sri Lanka. Danu group is humbly pleased to be able to provide such precious gems to the customer directly from the source. Explore more with Danu Group Gemstones Collections!
