Recipe via the always reliable pioneer woman
This is my kitten, Salsa.
Like her, I am absolutely fascinated by the world around me.
Life is amazing and good. Enjoy.

SouthWest Georgia, USA; 18" Medium Salsa Fargo, Small Revelate Tangle Bag, Zefal 1 liter Magnum bottle
The two King cages directly beneath the Tangle hold small bottles, but on rides of 3 hours and less, I can get by with just the 1 Liter Magnum, especially in cooler weather.
It is salsa time of the year again.
Erin wanted a corn salsa so I made it with yellow tomatoes so it looks pretty. The other one is a spicy red tomato one more classic in style.
We ate them with pork sorta-fajitas.
Salsa has done it again. I had been holding off getting a Surly Pugsley and instead opted this summer for a Salsa Fargo and boy am I glad I did.
Salsa has done it again with an absolutely beautifully designed and spec'd fatback / snow bike with a lightweight aluminum alloy frame.
I can't wait to get my hands on one of these.
Favorite features include the extremely light (approx. 4.5lb) frame with a nice high head tube, the 80mm Vicious Cycles Fat Sheba rims, 9-speed Gripshift drive train and my fav BB7 mechanical disc brakes.
The total setup weighs in at a nice 34.2bs and any enterprising gram wienie can immediately customize the fat Sheba rims by remove unnecessary material.
She's a snow trail, rock hopping, go anywhere, white sand beach queen.
Also I love her purty name. Mukluk. So appropriate.
The only question is when will she be mine and the dreams of the wondrous adventures we will have.
I'm all in.
