The day I took pictures, it was very windy so I had a hard time keeping my hands steady. However, the wind made a perfect day for sailing!

View from the port on the shore of Lake Geneva in Thonon les Bains, France
Less than 30 minutes after this picture was taken big wave capsized this cat. We needed to be rescued by a rescue boat - the mast was in three pieces.
I've got three different points of view from the laser sailing event at NatWest Island Games to share today, maybe more imaginative titles to come later but this is all i got this morning!

my family's Kestrel sailing dinghy (sail 905),pulled up beach for lunch, saw and nice colours, took photo.
We had strong sunshine from the west while it was very much overcast on the other side. So the sails are very bright against the dark background. Taken at Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver, BC, Canada
