Markermeer - Lighthouse

The Extreme Sailing Series (http://www.extremesailingseries.com/) made its very first USA stop in Boston.

They use a type of catamaran called the "Extreme 40" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extreme_40). They also exhibit the "49er class" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/49er_(dinghy) ) trapeze skiff which made its debut in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
