Standing proudly atop a prominent hill, the Kymin overlooks Monmouth and the beautiful Wye Valley.

The Kymin is also home to the unusual Naval Temple, which is where theses steps lead. Built by public subscription in 1800, it celebrates some of the greatest British admirals and victories of the time.

A doe with fawns, turkeys, coyotes, angry squirrels or college coeds . . . never quite know what to expect next! :)

The Rustic is a species of brush-footed butterfly found in forested areas of tropical South Asia and Southeast Asia.The males and females are identical. This one was seen in Periyar Tiger Reserve, Kerala, southern India.
