When I'm out traveling I always have plenty of time
I use the time to enjoy looking at life
At others life
I use the time to not stress
Not have to hurry
Stress is so bad for us
Our minds get all messy
And not to mention our bodies, they get really messy too
If you try to loose weight, and you are particular having some extra weight around your stomach, and you can't get rid of it.. Well then you must see if there are stress related issues you should deal with.
Your weight problem doesn't go away before you deal and sort things out.
As simple as that, as difficult as that 😘

This was Brighton days before Europe went into Covid lockdown. We stayed in an deserted The Grand and got a free upgrade to a huge sea view suite.

Looking out my living room window and hoping for a little more color since it is almost sunset. In the distance is the Coronado bridge and there are many hi-rise condos, lo-rise condos and hotels in downtown San Diego.
Though it was restored after WW2,
maybe... someday... J.W.Goethe was looking just this.

Can you see them??? The real window washers are just outside window top right, their reflection is straight ahead. Once again I was trying to get into Office buildings to photographing interesting glass structures, lucky for me there was no security in this building to chase me off for trespassing on private property. I know "A" Smile on Saturday (;-D and enjoy the day.
Considering how winter doesn't want to let go this year,this invasion of "spring" in this badly decaying abandoned farmhouse caught my eye this morning.Wind chills here in northwest Illinois were in the single digits this morning,and the forecasts of 1-4" of snow tomorrow did nothing to give any hope of normalcy soon.Forecasts for the end of next week do show temps near 60 degrees thankfully....
I don't know if this will invoke many "smiles",but everybody have a great weekend nonetheless!

West coast of Skye

The town of Portree, a base for exploring the island, features harbourside pubs and boutiques.

This is Heiligendamn on the Baltic coast in Germany.
Was a very nice sunrise early in the morning. (04:32 am)
The building in front was stunning with a tower room at the top had been refurbished, the next building was due to start being restored. This was in East Germany and had been run down but was now going to be a desirable part of the coast not far from Rostock.
Camera info :- Nikon D610 with Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8, ISO 320, shutter 1/500th aperture f/7.1 , time 04:32 am !! The sky is original not a replacement by the way.
A view from our bedroom- looking onto the deck, and beyond at the Elk River. ALWAYS makes me smile, even when it's raining!

A friend of mine has these rooms on the Eufaula Lake, they are elevated rooms and have wonderful views of the lake. If you are ever in Oklahoma look them up 5 great cabins to relax in, Calico Heights. This was the ultimate test for the B700 without a tripod to get the window to open up with the view and still get the room, a bit grainy but you can see the effect from this.
