A plethora of bells in the Hallgrimskirkja Bell Tower. It's located at the top of the hill in downtown Reykjavík, Iceland. From here you get a great view of the city. Shot with a Rokinon 12mm lens in manual mode with lens set to off at about f/17.

20 years I’ve lived in El Cerrito, and only just discovered there’s a tunnel under the Ohlone Greenway. Who knew?
Seyðisfjörður is a remote fisherman village in the far east of Iceland. It is accessible by a mountain pass road that is open only in summer. We traveled by night to get good light for photography, and slept in the morning. We arrived at the picturesque town at around 3:30 in the early morning for sunrise. The center has a nice colorful footpath with shops on both sides. OPIÐ means open.
I processed a balanced, a paintery, and a photographic HDR photo from three RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.

I liked this grouping of rocks for adding foreground detail during a sunset outing at Lake McDonald.
Late in the week we had a sunset outing part way up the Going To The Sun Road along Lake McDonald. The pullout had a parking area and a pebble beach with room for us to spread out. The colors that evening were not spectacular, but there was a moment of intense color after the sun got low enough to catch the underside of the clouds. I found this small grouping of rocks a short walk from the parking area where I set up my tripod and captured this image.
I am not even sure which church this is, but it was amazing.
I have managed to lose the originals of these photos... so all I have is my smaller edited uploads :o
We went to see Hanami, the cherry blossoms at Hakone Gardens, a Japanese garden in Saratoga, California. It was an enchanting experience to walk at night below cherry trees in full blossom, and along bamboo trees. This is the main gate where you enter.
I processed a realistic, a balanced, and a paintery HDR photo from three RAW exposures, blended them selectively, carefully adjusted the color balance and curves, and desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate constructive comments.
