Looking for breakfast...I wanted to get her feet in the image too but s/he didn't stay there long enough for me to correct my focus by backing up - I had my long lens on and was at the minimum. Taken through my bedroom window.
The streaks you see in the background are raindrops, the red is the Japanese Maple Coral Bark tree bare branches.
A robin with a beak wound to its chest from fighting another robin, this little guy/girl kept hiding behind my feet from the other robin and at one point hitchhiked a ride on my backpack out of harms way, as soon as it felt safe it flew of my backpack onto a branch and waited for me to get more seed out of my bag. not sure it it will survive but at least it now has a full belly.
Finally made it out and down to Leighton Moss for a couple of hours. Still dull in the shade, so still high ISO; roll on spring sunshine.
