I bought a pre built Lego F40, with missing pieces. Using what I had on hand I upgraded it. I tried to make it look closer to an F50 but it falls short of the mark. I may change it more it or just scrap it entirely. I haven't decided yet. Let me know what you think of it in the comments.
This isn't exactly my MOC. I bought this off of Ebay over 20 years ago, and it stood proudly in my city for many years. The opportunity to display it at Our National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows, brought it out of storage, and restoration began. I loved what the original creator did with this so I wanted to keep it as stock as possible, but many of the white bricks had yellowed, so a restoration was required.
I started with a digital rebuild of the original for reference later durring reconstruction. Then I deconstructed it and restored the white parts with Hydrogen Peroxide and sunlight. While the construction could've been better, I kept it the same more or less when I rebuilt it and used as many of the original parts as possible. I discoverd a few Mega blocks in it, which were promptly discarded and replaced with Lego. The interior was the most changed with the upgraded sink, a new drinks dispenser, drawers and cabinets under the counter, additional staff, new cash registers, and menus on the wall. Next I added a roof, which wast required to be in city display, and I added lights to it, making it my first lit building ever. I also added an extra picnic table, moved a gate over, and changed the front windows to match the others.
I want to thank whoever originally built this MOC and sold it to me on Ebay. I don't know who it was as Ebay history dosn't go back that far, But this has been a cherrished part of my collection and will continue to be for many years to come. It will be on display at Our National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows from Nov 18 2022 to New Years eve 2022 as part of the GTW LUG City display.

I cannot overstate how nice this truck is. It belongs to a guy who moved into my area in recent years and has become a friend. The engine is a far-from-stock Ford 302. It has independant front suspension and a number of other mechanical modifications to make it pleasant to drive. The paint is near flawless, and was done over ten years ago.

Updated pictures of a reworked body: If you have followed me or this car you know it has taken many body shapes. Originally trying to do some kind of wide body thing…FAIL! Dialed back to resto…MEH! Always happy with the internals, just couldn’t quite figure out what I wanted out of the body. I’m pleased with this version still maintaining a little bit of a modern look, however if I was to do it over…Thank you to everyone who has supported this build through all of it’s changes and the constructive criticism that pushed me to keep improving it.

Street Muscle Legends - Chapter 7
Go Dark.
From humble beginnings as a parts-bin discount sports coupe, the first generation Mustang quickly set the standard for the affordable American Muscle Car, going on to sell over 1 million examples in its first three years alone. As popularity grew, there was an increasing customer appetite for more performance-oriented models. The S-Code 1967 Ford Mustang GT Coupe came equipped with a 390 CID V8 big block engine making for a striking coupe with tons of power, personality and style, and this example just got the full PYP restored treatment.
Hope you enjoy!
