297 x 420 mm. Another response to the Light module, created using palette knives, acrylic paint, oil pastels, posca marker and a photo from a magazine. This piece was prompted by lyrics from a song by Tyler the Creator. I painted many layers on this piece and used sandpaper to remove some of this paint, which I painted over once again to give it a really distressed appearance. I also used sandpaper on the photograph to wear it a little. I felt that oil pastels would look interesting over the distressed surface as well as being able to blend many colours easily.
