Get it? Because it's a circuit board too.

sticker project in italy.

I was bored, so I grabbed some photoresistors from ratshack intending to kill a few hours and make the robot find light or something, but the only ones they had were a pack of 5 assorted ones. I thought I picked one with a pair, but they all ended up being different :( But it can kinda see light now, just not do anything useful with that information.

Zach brought a bunch of stuff!

Electric Company 2008 Holiday Party

20 point meeting agenda, short rave party, and lots of things that blink.

I went to NYC Resistor party where I went to see the Robot Bartender. It servers VERY good drinks!

A fundamental part of all electronic devices.

I think I went a bit resistor happy on this prototype.

Resistors have color codes to tell them apart, and you will learn them if you develop an interest in electronics. You don't have to worry about memorizing the code- that will come by using them. The three we'll use in our experiments in class are 470Ω, 150Ω, and 100Ω, and the color stripes on them are here for you to tell them apart.

The solder side of the PCB. The middle 3 terminals are linked, one reason I suspect a more complex PCB with the complete 706 regulator could be fitted.

I do love the 'other side up' instruction too.
