The Fay Thomas Collection includes family archives relating to the Thomas family. Moses Thomas (1825-1878) was a significant figure in the history of the area now known as the City of Whittlesea, Victoria, Australia. Moses and Ann and their family lived at "Mayfield", Mernda, near Whittlesea, Victoria.

The brief for this project was to create a Magazine Cover which relates to a TV show, so I went for Fresh Prince of Bel Air and tried to remake it by using two models in my work and making them look like the main characters of the show, I edited the image on Photoshop.

HOW LONG HAS CHARLES KNOWN ABOUT ANDREW AND EPSTEIN?
On Monday 9th Feb 2026, Charles Mountbatten-Windsor was heckled again, this time in #Clitheroe in Lancashire. The question was loud and clear for all to hear:
“How long have you known about Andrew and Epstein?”
Following reports over the weekend that showed Andrew sharing confidential material with Epstein, www.republic.org.uk reported him to the police. Later that day #Republic also released a new Savanta poll showing support for the monarchy falling further, hitting just 45%, with a third preferring an elected head of state. www.republic.org.uk/poll_monarchy_support_falls_to_45
This was Republic driving the story, pushing journalists to ask questions about the monarchy and what Charles and William knew and when. The debate has been dominated by police investigation, falling support and public heckles.
ROYAL RESPONSES
On Monday evening, the palace said that Charles 'stood ready to support any police investigation'. William and Kate rehashed a two-line statement feigning concern for Epstein's victims, but mentioned no one by name.
This is the royals doing what they always do, misreading the situation and saying and doing as little as they think they can get away with.
WILLIAM AND EPSTEIN
This morning, it emerged that a close associate of William's, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, was apparently sending 'torture videos' to Epstein. Sulayem's company, DP World, donated £1 million to #Earthshot, William's pet project.

JOURNALISTS, POLICE AND POLITICIANS
What was most shocking about Charles being heckled on Monday wasn't the question being asked by a member of the public. It was that there weren't a dozen journalists there asking the same question.
Some journalists are now waking up to the need to challenge the royals. But so far it's still too little. Conservative and royalist commentators are also questioning whether the monarchy can survive, and have dismissed royal statements as too little, too late.
What's notably absent is any serious reaction from politicians. That has to change.
The police have also avoided looking too closely at allegations against the royals. That has to change, and I'm hoping that the new report to Thames Valley Police will make it impossible not to investigate.
The fresh allegations about sharing confidential information almost exactly mirror those against Peter Mandelson. So it's hard to see how they can turn a blind eye without advertising a very clear double standard.
In the meantime, Republic's lawyers, Michelman Robinson, are continuing the investigation into a possible private prosecution of Andrew relating to a slew of other accusations.

1. Explain your theme, how does the content of each icon unify or relate to each other?
My theme is about the popular horror game franchise, Five Nights at Freddy's. The Balance image is Fredbear performing as a child watches in the background. The Emphasis icon is about the tragedy that happened in the pizzeria in the year 1987as Co-Owner, Henry Stein, explains what happened and who did it. The Unity icon is based off the minigame, Give Gifts, Give Life, which is about the resurrection of the incident and how it will impact the Proportion icon. The Pattern icon shows 7 kids staring at some delicious pizza as the new pizzeria is opened at everyone enjoys it. The Contrast image is based on the "something borrowed, something new", tagline for the launch of the sequel, the image takes place during the Pattern icon. The Proportion icon is about the incident that happened in the Emphasis icon, the murderer is masked and stands tall as his victims come back to haunt him. The tentacles in each image represent the 6 souls who lost their life in incident, although it reads 5 there is canonically 6.
2. Of your 6 icons, which do you feel is the most effective and why? Be specific.
I feel like the Proportion icon captures the theme the most because it has the most menacing look out of the others as the others rely on shading and polygonal images to tell a foreboding story. The Proportion icon also has the least amount of difference, it is more of an outline with eyes and a nose to symbolize that the rest is a mystery to be solved.
3. Of your 6 icons, which do you feel is the least effective and why? Be specific.
The Balance icon is quite out of place because unlike the others, the space feels empty and there is little to no detail. Also, unlike the others, the Balance icon shows more smooth shapes rather than the hard and Nintendo 64 polygonal shapes the others tended to utilize, with some exceptions of course. The Balance Icon may not tell the same story as the others, it looks out of place with how cartoony it looks.
4. Remember certain icons had specific requirements listed in the rubric in order to earn a 4. What type of balance (symmetrical or asymmetrical) does your balance icon exhibit? What type of pattern (regular or irregular) does your pattern icon exhibit? Did you show 2 different types of contrast with your contrast icon? How?
The Balance icon shows asymmetrical balance as Fredbear is on one side while the child stands on the other. The pattern is irregular because the children tilt at different angles and sizes with tons of the children surrounding the pizza. The contrast is between the borrowed and the new character, with each showing a menacing look but in a different style, whether it be intended or not.
