I love finding old photos that I have forgotten in the past, I am absolutely thrilled that I was able to edit this...while I was looking through an entire album full of my old photos a concept quickly came to mind. I wanted to experience more with movement, and that I was able to do when editing this photo.

Now, these last few nights have been quite strange, I haven't really been getting as much sleep which is definitely not healthy, hopefully this situation will get better soon because I NEED my sleep. Perhaps I'll create some sort of concept having to do with my lack of sleep, who knows I'll see.

A regression I very much like: first a 1985 G-III (www.flickr.com/photos/boran_pivcic/44057308281/in/datepos...) - and now a 1978 G-II. Gulfstream's first jet type, the II came about by mating the fuselage of the original turboprop G-159 Gulfstream to a bespoke swept wing, imposing T tail and a pair of (very shouty) Rolls-Royce Spey low bypass turbofans. Though the early models lacked winglets (and could even be equipped with tiptanks in the TT version), the B benefited from the more advanced larger-span wing of the G-III, as well as its partial glass cockpit instrument setup.

Thanks for looking in.....appreciated.......best bigger.....hope you have a Great Week

As my stay at the encampment was nearing an end, I sensed someone standing off to my side while I was busy shooting a portrait of someone else. When I turned to see who was there I was stunned to see the spitting image of the 16th President, Abraham Lincoln watching over me. The effect was honestly overwhelming. He was very tall and dressed exactly as I imagined Lincoln would be, stovepipe hat, frock coat, the big bow tie, everything period correct. The gentleman that portrayed Lincoln had a very dignified manner and deliberate speaking style. He seemed perfectly suited for playing the role of the president. I think part of the sensation I experienced stemmed from thoughts of Lincoln that began in childhood. Seeing his picture on the wall of my elementary school classroom, alongside George Washington. Seeing his likeness on coins and the $5 bill, and countless President's Day promotions and furniture store & mattress sales. Learning of the Gettysburg address and the horrible physical toll that the war took on this man. And then the horror of the assassination. All of these stories combined to make the man larger the life. So there I was, once again at the perfect place and time. He agreed to pose and I took a couple of photos with him looking straight into the lens. It occurred to me to ask him to look off over m shoulder, as if he was lost in thought. That was the take-home image.

Age regression: from a 60-year-old old woman to a 6-year-old little girl

I turned 60, so a witch cast a spell on me and I turned into a 6-year-old girl. Last month, I went to an elementary school entrance ceremony.

I felt very happy.

These days, the iStock ads that appear on the right side of the browser screen show some pictures of cute toddler girls, and I'm happy too.

Prima del regresso in direzione Taranto.

My favorite builds of the past years have been the autobiographical series. I’ve kept them all together and a few of the bigger ones live in an industrial style buffet we got from World Market. Last week my wife decided to buy some small lights from IKEA so that they stood out more. The results are fantastic so I’m representing these four builds. Sleep Regression is certainly a state that any parent of a toddler can relate to, though I’m happy to say that we now have an excellent sleeper after all the hard work we put in :)

I had a lovely cycle out to Chesterfield along the Cuckoo Way route which mostly follows the Chesterfield canal. Setting off on the return I spied this excellent piece of public art on a field by a housing estate. My day was further made by the plaque which states it was designed by Liz Lemon - and i thought she was merely the TV writer/producer alter ego of the wonderful Tina Fey!

“I do feel more myself in America. I can regress there, and they have roller-coaster parks.” “My idea of a real treat is Magic Mountain without standing in line.” -- Alan Rickman

This was a man who had every reason to be arrogant. He was tall, could have an imposing presence, his voice was a miracle, and he was hugely talented. He had many critically acclaimed successes on stage and film, and adoring fans both young and old. By all accounts however, he was kind, funny, friendly, and generous. I have a particularly special place in my heart for the man because we share an appreciation of roller coasters – a pleasure I consider odd, and probably inappropriate on several levels, but which simply cannot be denied.

Enjoy that last ride, Mr. Rickman.

Sevastopol, 2014

Começou a contagem regressiva...

This is regressing a little bit, but I have not had the opportunity to dress, let alone go out.

This is one of the first photos ever of me fully dressed. Taken with my Dad's Polaroid camera sometime in 1967, in my Parent's bedroom. No one must have been coming home, because I'm wearing lipstick!

Note the pettipants, slip, fishnets, old wig and spike heeled shoes....

I get the feeling I've been here before. Little flashbacks of a time gone by.

O regresso do tucano (Andigena laminirostris) ao ninho com comida no bico e esperança no olhar, em Mindo - Equador.

Horizon Zero Dawn is an action role-playing video game developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. Story is set in the 31st century, in a world where humans have regressed to primitive tribal societies as a result of some unknown calamity. Their technologically advanced predecessors are vaguely remembered as the "Old Ones." Large robotic creatures known merely as "machines" now dominate the Earth. For the most part, they peacefully coexist with humans, who occasionally hunt them for parts. However, a phenomenon known as the "Derangement" has caused machines to become more aggressive towards humans, and larger and deadlier machines have begun to appear. There are three tribes that are prominently featured: the Nora, the Carja, and the Oseram. The Nora are fierce hunter-gatherers who live in the mountains and worship nature as the "All-Mother." The Carja are desert-dwelling city builders who worship the Sun. The Oseram are tinkerers known for their metalworking, brewing, and arguing. Aloy was cast out from the Nora tribe at birth, raised by an outcast named Rost (JB Blanc). As a child, she obtained a Focus, a small augmented reality device that gives her special perceptive abilities. After coming of age, Aloy (Ashly Burch) enters a competition called the Proving to win the right to become a Nora Brave, and by extension, a member of the Nora tribe. Aloy wins the competition, but the Nora are suddenly attacked by cultists. Aloy is almost killed by their leader Helis (Crispin Freeman), but is saved by Rost, who sacrifices himself to save Aloy from a bomb. When Aloy awakes, a Matriarch explains that the cultists had gained control of corrupted machines. Aloy also learns that as an infant, she was found at the foot of a sealed door. An Oseram foreigner called Olin (Chook Sibtain) informs Aloy that the cultists are part of a group calling themselves the Eclipse. Olin indicates that the reason Aloy was targeted by the Eclipse was due to her resemblance to an Old World scientist named Dr. Elisabet Sobeck (also voiced by Burch).

I continue my regression...sweated my @SS off tonite, picked a bad time of year to start trying to update the local portfolio. Very hot, I thought the skies had a chance to be great over the city skyline but the sun got swallowed up and the best skies were 180 degrees the other way.
