While walking in the park, I felt some water splashing all over me.
I looked around and thought "what the...?" because the place was empty.
I started walking and, once again, more water.
I looked down instead of looking around and I saw this cute bird staring at me like "what? d'ya have a problem with that?". He was just refreshing a little and having some fun in a warm and sunny brazilian spring day.
Drinking a lot of water was hard to do. to keep track of how many of these measured bottles I needed to drink each day (6-7) I put the same amount of rubber bands around my stainless steel water bottle (no plastics for me--to dangerous IMO).
I start with all the bands at the top each morning, and every time I drink a bottle a band comes down. by the end of the day, all the bands are at the bottom. EASY!
My favorite healthy ice cold drink... water, with 1.5 Tablespoons unpasturised RAW apple cider vinegar and some natural stevia sweetener to taste. for extra kick, I squeeze 1 big slice of lemon into it. I love tart robust flavor.
I drink this every day.

13. Let's Pour a Beer... or Ginger Ale.
WOW! This was a hard one. After a lot of patience, time, and re-pouring this is what I came up with. This is Ginger Ale with some Red Hots in the bottom to add some color and flare.

It's nearly August, and here on the Costa del Sol that means sweaty hot weather. No air conditioning means I have to resort to simpler measures to keep cool. I think this should do the trick.
Two parts Absolute Grapefruit Vodka (straight from the freezer)
Four parts tonic
One honkin piece of ice
Rodaja de lima to garnish
Sip and enjoy.

One Viv 285 through Westcott umbrella either side of the glass in really close, like 15" away. Not sure of power settings, triggered by Cactus V2s.
Subject was on a glass table with a dark piece of fabric hung in the background. I used a 180th sync setting to keep any stray light from getting in and crushed the blacks in Aperture to send the background all the way black. PS'd out any unwanted reflections, like scratches on the table and whatnot.
Here we are, back in the Olympic National Forest in Washington state. Merriman Falls had a lot of photography possibilities.

This week the popular race of the 20 and 10 kilometers of Lausanne, mixing both professionals and non-professionals, took place in the city. Located after a slope and 5 km form departure line, the watering point had a great success.
