Refreshing fountain

I find nothing more refreshing than a light salad on a hot humid day. I chose this as I was making a light evening meal out of ingredients that I'd bought on holiday consisting of fresh tomatoes, sea salt, fresh mint, cucumber , olive oil , balsamic vinegar- the latter three of which I added later.
