I posted a reflection of of my bird bath earlier in the week, this was taken at the same time... slightly different version of the same thing. I like how much color I was able to get out of the reflection :)

Podría estar horas escuchando el sonido de este río, O de cualquier otro, por supuesto.

The Autumn colors are sleeping! Reflection is the change in direction of a wave front at an interface between two dissimilar media so that the wave front returns into the medium from which it originated. Common examples include the reflection of light, sound and water waves.Reflection of light may be specular (that is, mirror-like) or diffuse (that is, not retaining the image, only the energy) depending on the nature of the interface. Furthermore, if the interface is between dielectric-conductor or dielectric-dielectric media, the phase of the reflected wave may or may not be inverted, respectively. The reflections in a puddle on the boardwalk handrail after storms caught my eye.

Spring Break Part 2: We stopped at Franz Josef Glacier on our way up the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. This was the view from the start of our hike to a view point of the glacier, which is around the corner from the mountian that is on the left. It was absolutely beautiful.

The Interstate heritage unit of Norfolk Southern casts a reflection in the water of the Attica Upground reservoir at Carolina, Ohio, as it passes on the Sandusky District. Leading the train is the Interstate heritage locomotive. The third unit is a North Carolina Department of Transportation cab control unit that is being ferried to the Tar Heel state.

Adobe Lr 5 - Sun Glass Reflections - 1/2014

Nothing like early morning still water.

Shore Road Invergordon

Despite going through the doorway many times I seldom stopped to look at the reflection in the fanlight over the door. My eyes were more often drawn to things left by the step, I still have a pint glass I found there one morning. Items were left by people that had left one of the several night clubs in the neighbourhood and were always pleasant to behold. Drawn with a Staedtler 0.3mm pencil and Tombow Mono zero eraser in an A4 cartridge paper sketchbook.

I know I have posted a lot of shots of this spot before, but this scene was so beautiful I just had to share it with you guys again; this is a lovely pond at the Sheep River Campground (where we park our RV in the warmer months) reflecting the lovely magic hour sky and the gorgeous autumn trees along its shore.

Beefy and I were out here yesterday afternoon winterizing the RV, and we also did a good walk along the campground on which I got many lovely photos!

Have an excellent Monday, my friends!

I was in Santa Clara yesterday, and saw this beautiful reflection. I just had to capture it.
