When I looked at the reflections in this half-frozen pond, I liked how the ice texture broke up the straight lines of the old fence and shed.

Over the past few years I've become an e-reader and must confess that I do love my Kindle, however, when it comes to photography books then it just had to be a hard back!!

This snowy egret is reflecting on the good times in the desert , but wondering if he should move to another location where there would be more water. More water would translate to more fish and therefore more opportunities....but life here is good.
