my choice for the resit is theme Miniature

Non mesh Byrne from some time ago.

For Macro Monday - I think the first time I did the photo using white chocolate chips it was kind of boring and now it's a little more conceptual. I hope everyone has a great week. HMM!

Homemade ornament/pandemic art, combining paper art and geometry themes from Macro Mondays. HMM!

Leading lines and matchsticks...leading to a little minion :)

Foil and Forks are my two choices for this Macro Mondays Redux 2021.

In the depths of the night (redux)

In the depths of the night, even among the darkest, everything is paradoxically clearer, vibrant, alive, and meaningful. And not just in the starry sky. Our feverish inner voices can be heard clearly...

But when the day comes, all that remains is evanescent, elusive, vanishing impressions. Even so, these are fleeting impressions that will illuminate the path we will take in the torrent of our life ...

Because I had to destroy one of these tiny Christmas baubles for my other ideas, I decided to try yet another experiment with its remains. It wasn’t easy seting this one up properly, but while it’s far from ideal, I think it worked out okay.

One of my attempts at the "Macro Mondays" theme "Redux 2022", combining the themes "Damaged" and "Festive Season".

So, work was a little too busy today to have posted earlier , but here is my option for the MM theme. It’s a mixture of danger and reflection and one other of the MM themes which I cannot remember for the mo.

What is it was the other option!!

Thanks for stopping HMM all

Base Strait divides Tasmania from Victoria and this storm is off the coast from Inverloch, in Victoria, Australia. Even though it was way out to sea, it was putting on a magnificent display of "shock and awe" . . . .Sigma 70-300 mm f4-5.6 APO DG Macro

Now with 110% more Lens Flare and Sparkles!

A redux of several themes -- made of metal, B&W, and found in the kitchen. This is a macro of an egg whisk -- somewhat semi-abstract and I thought the monochrome would enhance it a little. Hope you enjoy -- HMM and a Happy New Year to all!

Il y a dans mon jardin quelques Cocotiers nains que j'ai plantés dans des pots. Leurs palmes sont un sujet intéressant pour faire de la macro avec les différents tons de vert que l'on peut observer. #Macro #MacroMondays #Redux #OneColor #FillTheFrame #UnusualPatterns

I didn't like the original post as much as I'd hoped by the time I got done making it...So I made another ;P

For this Redux challenge I chose to revisit Glass. This is part of a small glass paperweight that I created in Deadwood Wyoming at a studio called Mind Blown ( www.mindblownstudio.com/services.html) while on Vacation. it was Hot but such a fun experience! I've used this little paperweight before in photos so I wanted to change it up a bit and so I added some red shiny paper to the background and lit it with a flashlight. Pretty happy with the results. :) Have a great day everyone!

I have been shuffling though some of my work done ten years or so ago and made a new montage of a favourite theme of mine. Old wine in a new bottle or new wine in an old bottle? Still tastes the same!

Redux 2019 —The Best of Christmas is

So recently I have been re-editing aot of my old shots, but this one stood out to me alot and needed a huge overhaul and not just a touch up, so I removed the colour as I felt it did not work, spent a while treating the image to some dodging and burning, then add a split tone to bring some life back to the image. It was a difficult shot to capture I had to climb on top of a few buildings to get to the viewpoint.

I had contemplated choosing these about a year ago but never did!
