The Harm Reduction Commission was established in August 2018, with Governor Baker’s signing into law of chapter 208 of the Acts of 2018. The commission is charged with reviewing and making recommendations regarding harm reduction opportunities to address substance use disorder. The commission is comprised of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, who chairs the commission, and a diverse panel of policymakers, public health professionals, legal scholars, clinicians, and local residents.

I am surprised that I like the 4-color version as much as I do. I thought it would be dull and lifeless. Of course compared to the 8-color version, it is a bit drab, but on its own, it is lovely and would make a nice print. Working with 4 colors as a beginning project is probably more realistic. Now I just need to figure out how to separate the colors in my graphics program so I can make the individual carving blocks.

I'll be sure to remember that when coaching clients that smoke.... "Remember, don't take beta-carotene, it might give you cancer!"

We failed to reach temperature in last week's gas firing, but sneaking a peak today, we got to see pots mid way through the firing process, something which is usually a mystery.
These strange greens and brows should hopefully turn into vibrant reds next time we stoke up the gas kiln.

Both from Appetite for Reduction. Sweet Potato biscuits came together easily and quickly. The kale never got really tender for me but maybe it's tender for kale. I added red pepper flakes to the kale and it was good and considering kale is on sale and in season now, it was a nice cheap healthy meal.
