These are reduction lino. For this unit I was working from home and I did not have and block printing inks with me. So, after experimentation I found the oil paint works well as a substitute. The theme that I chose for this unit was “against Fur Farming” our objective was to create a piece that does not immediately show the theme. So, after researching I found that some paintbrushes are made from Sable hair.

The JPN gov't demands 15% power usage reduction from major factories or companies, including department stores starting Friday till the end of Aug. The several lights are turned off all day at a waiting space of a deparment store while one of three elevators stopped working in downtown Tokyo Sunday. Automobile factories such as Nissan shifts its working schedule as their employees work on Saturday and Sanday, which the demands for power relatively lower, while taking day-offs during the weekday( taken by mobile phone)
