I find there's less time for what I'm passionate about these days. My full time job constantly reminds me on how quickly things can change. Sometimes we don't stop to think about where we are heading until something life changing happens.
This image is a reprocessed with a different technique I learnt not long ago. Practice, practice! I'd also like to see some kind of evolution in what I do, but I sadly do not see it. There was no real methodology. No real purpose. No progression.
By reprocessing this image, I want to look at life from a different perspective. Reminds me of a restaurant name I saw years ago "Same Same but Different".
Connexions developed this new livery towards the end of 2016 on two recently purchased omnicity buses acquired from Wigan coachways. Initially the brand livery for the new Tadcaster route it will probably spread to more members of the fleet given time. The pictures are not the finished product, with some attention and tweaking to the front and new fleetnames still to apply but these give an idea how it will look. I think it works well for the omnicity and im in favour of less white on any livery !
strong evidence rests with this as a personal intention...

David Byrne put on an amazing show at the Werchter Rock festival this year. He more or less redefined what a rock concert can be. This image intends to capture the dynamics of the show and at the same time communicate the feeling of estrangement that I felt when watching it.

Great photography requires dedication, time and effort.
But above all there are costs involved as well.
Equipment, props and model fees, not to mention time,
are all "out-of-pocket" expenses for the artist.

It is the light that makes the invisible dimension become visible. The blazing light that, at its maximum intensity, nullifies the ability to actually see. The light of revelation, of illumination, which brings us beyond the visible…
Doug Wheeler was influenced by the sense of infinity he experienced while wandering through the American desert. Wheeler, a creator of continuous spaces, lives and works in Santa Fe and Los Angeles. In his work, artificial light redefines architecture, time and gravity.
By removing the shadows and eliminating the horizon lines, the space beyond the palace’s columns forms a single whole. As a result, the installation evokes an ethereal, infinite and dream-like space, offering a meditative environment for visitors to question their physicality.
