Recently returned to active service after a period of restoration work done for Ceres Rail Company at Worcester by the Voorbaai team managed by Bobby Rudman. The locomotive's first revenue run was on 13 July 2018. Seen here at Worcester on 29th June 2002.

Because of all the fires in the area the upper atmosphere held the ash and smoke this morning, creating a red/orange sun and yellowish sky, even at 8am.
48:365 revisiting red. i can't choose between the two, so i have put them both in, i know, that's not allowed is it? well, in that case you had better help me decide which is better and then i can stick to the rules. i like number two and Paul likes number one.

The early evening light was streaming through the gorgeous red leaves on this birch tree the other evening and it just required me to take it's picture!

With the sun setting in the west, we are still in search of the elusive Dungeness Crab camped out on the seawall at Lawson's Landing...
