The Accord's revised rear end is much much better than its previous iteration. Pity the front end ... it doesn't blend well with its rear end.
I thought this was an apt way to start my 365. Me getting a ticket for being a big fat cheater, using the HOV exit while driving solo. I suck.
We have worked our way up to visiting India, a vast, intimidating place for outside visitors, but also full of fascinating experiences, rich cultures, and of course, the unexpected.
One of the things I admire most about India is its utter frankness and inability to dissemble. India is what it is, all mass of humanity, colorful celebrations, crowded buses, dirty streets, polished temples, lonely beggars, spicy food, and hazy landscapes, and we are here to see it all.

I decided to watch the sunset with the Mrs this evening and I ended up taking a shot of the rearview mirror at f/2 at 1/8th of a second handheld. Im REALLY liking my new 50 1.4. The auto focus is amazing compared to the 1.8! It actually focuses in the low light that it can take photos in. What a concept. The redish glow is from some car behind me that happened to be leaving the parking lot behind me and yep thats my head and finger on the shutter button.
This is the one thing I see every day with no real change. Over the course of a few months the weight from these things hanging from my rearview mirror and the heat of the sun cause my mirror to snap off. But, I glue it right back on. Nothing can stop the handcuffs, the pride nuts, and Mr. HornyDevilBear!

I came back to Chicago to see old friends and to celebrate the anniversary party of some close friends. A lot of shenanigans ensued. It was the best time. Thank you to Erin and the Potters, Steph and Ryan, Gene and Kate, and everyone who helped make this weekend so very memorable!

I sculpt my characters out of wool with a single barbed felting needle. They are fully jointed with seamless (no thread) needle felted joints.
They are 100% solid felted wool. I do not use wire armatures yet my characters can be posed and positioned very easily while always returning to the same position I created them in. Wool is an amazing sculpting medium!
