I was trying out the new Bakers Premium 70% cacao chocolate, so wanted a simple recipe in order to be able to taste the chocolate, and compare to the Callebeault I sometimes use. Verdict: pretty darn good for the supermarket aisles! Definitely not as cloying as using semisweet.

memarkyb: No. It'll be fine. Smaller holes just mean less water loss through evaporation.

Salmon burgers for dinner with the mizuna from the greenhouse that's just starting to bolt.... on freshly baked buns
Monday night -- quick pull-together dinner of roast chicken breast, baby bok choy braised with hoisin, onion, ginger and garlic, and rice cooked with veg stock and a hint of lemon + ginger. I did the rice in the rice cooker, using the steam setting to saute items before adding liquid.
