Hello everyone, wanted to share my experience with Virtual Staging and an opportunity for you to make more $$ from your work. Check out some examples from recent home I did. Total was 9 Rooms at a total invoice price of $600. Saved the agent about $2000 and did it in a day.
Beautiful curb appeal with this home in a great OKC location. Very nice floor plan with large living room along with large kitchen/dining. Hardwood floors under the living room carpet. Also wood floors through the 3 bedrooms. Very clean home. Large backyadr with storage shed.

5 frames blended with popped flashes in various places.
Maybe a little late to execute this since I was working on another twilight shot. I rarely blend things other than window pulls, so I decided to try a multiple frame composite image. The main thing I didn't like was the shadow on the balcony casted by the flash, which I didn't see during previewing and I'll take time to fix it up. Popped in some flashes in some dark areas, blended then put in a curves adjustment. Shadow at the base of the fireplace is natural. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
