I have been having terrible computer problems of late, once the computer starts to fail it goes downhill from there, so this has been a bit of a rush job. I am no Real Estate photographer!! lol. I took a few photos and in each one I noticed something different which needed to be done, especially the placement of the cushions. I found the angle hard to photograph because of the camera distortion plus lack of room to move even in this bedroom which is the biggest. All good fun though!!
This was part of a real estate shoot of a house in Cork City. I felt that the muted tones required a splash of colour - in addition to the daffodils - so I used some plastic lemons that I got from Amazon to do the trick. Sometimes it's worthwhile to have a prop or two like this to enhance a shot.

Use 2 speedlights at full power, bounce off the ceiling and wall.
The interior was slightly under exposed, so I push process the raw image @ 0.8 ev and merge them in PS.
White balance also has been treated seperately for interior and exterior.
