Looking for a new home for my company. Posting pics of some prospects here.
1139 Baker St is huge, much bigger than we need. But I am shopping for the future. And the monthly nut would still be less than some other places I am looking at (especially places with NNN leases).
It's in a crowded industrial center, fronted by a retail strip mall. The back of the strip mall is at the right of this photo; the building shares an alley with Glenn's Rod N Gun.
I'm not sure I like a warehouse with windows. Seems insecure. A CGI rendering of the current floorplan is here.

Original residence and office of A.J. "Jackson" Crawford, an early black attorney. Crawford and his wife purchased this lot at public auction around 1880 and shortly after built this brick one 1/2 story residence and office Crawford was the only practicing black attorney in Somerset during late 1800's. Mr Crawford also served as minister at the Davis Chapel A.M.E. Church. He died in 1915 and is buried in the Town Springs Cemetery. .Photograph taken by Jim Slaughter.
