5 frames blended with popped flashes in various places.

Maybe a little late to execute this since I was working on another twilight shot. I rarely blend things other than window pulls, so I decided to try a multiple frame composite image. The main thing I didn't like was the shadow on the balcony casted by the flash, which I didn't see during previewing and I'll take time to fix it up. Popped in some flashes in some dark areas, blended then put in a curves adjustment. Shadow at the base of the fireplace is natural. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Grand Final) 2022

Looking for a new home for my company. Posting pics of some prospects here.

775 W 16th St is a dump. It's been on the market for some time. Almost a year ago I visited and wandered around the back, which was filled with junked cars. I decided finally to check it out again and arranged a tour with the real estate guy. The previous tenants were halfway through converting it into a marijuana growhouse before the deal fell through, so there is junk all over the interior (and the windows are boarded up). Plus an old mattress in a loft where some guy was living for a while.

I suppose with a lot of effort it could be cleaned up, but my list of required fixes would be so long the landlord would tell me to get lost.
