Yes, I realise this topic has already been talked over many times on our humble photo gallery. This time however, we have another big developement in front of us.
The famous Polish ban on photography had not really been in power, no matter what any person said. You were fully permitted to photograph anything you want, as long as you were on public grounds, which is a reasonable idea. All is to change now though.
My first post in this "no photo" topic has been published on 6.02.2024, when the Polish Ministry of National Defence published a draft of the ordinance containing the description of a "Photography forbidden" sign, along with many other things. This ordinance is what is required for the photo ban to be implemented in practice, as per a law published all the way back in 2022. The draft remained all that, just a draft, up until... this very day, 3.04.2025. It is now a full-blown ordinance of the allmighty Minister himself.

The ordinance itself, numbered 432 can be seen here - dziennikustaw.gov.pl/DU/2025/432 - contains a PDF file with the ordinance and a graphical display of the sign.
From now on, any person responsible for the security of an object of critical infrastructure (whatever that means...) will be able to hang out these legal signs and there is nothing the poor citizen can do about this, even when standing on public grounds.
*The ordinance comes into effect 14 days after its publishing, you have time until the 17th of April. For real now.*

Ejemplar joven hembra de aguila real de primer año. Debido a la escasez de conejos de los 3 últimos años, estas dos últimas temporadas "mi" pareja de reales no ha conseguido sacar adelante ningún pollo. Es curioso que hay zonas en que los conejos son plaga y en otras en las que ha desaparecido.
El Teatro Real es el teatro de la ópera de Madrid. Se encuentra en la plaza de Oriente, frente al Palacio Real. Su construcción comenzó en 1818, y fue inaugurado en 1850. Se mantuvo de forma ininterrumpida como teatro de ópera hasta 1925, cuando tuvo que cerrar a causa de problemas estructurales en el edificio. No volvió a abrir sus puertas hasta 1966, como sala de conciertos sinfónicos. Entre 1988 y 1997, sufrió una importante remodelación que lo volvió a convertir en coliseo operístico.

Nuestro país cuenta con una considerable población reproductora de esta mediana rapaz, de coloración rojiza, cola ahorquillada y vuelo extraordinariamente ágil, al tiempo que acoge un importante contingente invernante de aves europeas. A pesar de su aparente abundancia, la población de milano real ha experimentado un acusado descenso en los últimos años. Durante la invernada, esta rapaz de tendencias bastante carroñeras forma dormideros comunales situados en bosquetes o pequeños sotos fluviales.

Identificación
En el plumaje de esta mediana rapaz dominan los tonos rojizos, profusamente rayados de oscuro en las regiones ventrales y con un característico aspecto orlado en el dorso debido a los bordes pálidos de las coberteras alares. La cabeza y el cuello, por su parte, presentan un tono gris pálido surcado por finas estrías muy oscuras. En vuelo resulta inconfundible, no solo por la extraordinaria habilidad con la que ejecuta todo tipo de maniobras y regates, sino por poseer una silueta característica, en la que destacan una cola profundamente ahorquillada, de color rojizo anaranjado, y unas largas alas acodadas y provistas de una mancha blanca muy visible. Cuando está posado, también resulta fácil diferenciarlo de otras rapaces de tamaño similar, además de por la forma de la cola, por poseer una figura bastante estilizada. Los jóvenes son similares a los adultos, aunque con una coloración general más clara y uniforme, sin el característico tono grisáceo de la cabeza y con la cola más corta y menos ahorquillada.

This is a newly constructed villa that I shot for the real estate company marketing it. The view straight out through the window only showed sliding doors and the sea view, so I thought this perspective offered more information. It's a shift lens panorama made up of two frames. Four flash pops altogether. I lit the interior of the walk-in closet, provided some fill on the right, and threw some light into the bathroom from the terrace. The final pop was for the window pull. Composite using one Profoto B1.

Der Naturpark Las Bardenas Reales teilt sich in zwei gegensätzliche Teile auf: Bardena Blanca und Bardena Negra. Die Mondlandschaft Bardena Blanca ist geprägt von Gips und Ton sowie tiefen Schluchten und Bergen, die von den »Cabezos« genannten Steinen gekrönt werden, wie der Castildetierra, El Fraile oder Las Cortinillas. Im grüneren Teil Bardena Negra zeugen Aleppo-Kiefern von der Artenvielfalt der Region.
Serien wie Game of Thrones und Filme wie The Counselor oder Die Welt ist nicht genug spielen teilweise in dieser Landschaft.
