A quiet corner ... wait, the reading room of the Library of Congress is round. Well, it was temporarily quiet on President's Day 2011 during an open house, one of two per year.
Reading Buses: 855 (YN08 HYS) an East Lancs Olympus bodied Scania, painted in blue and beige livery and captured outside Reading Station waiting to depart with a journey on Service 33 to Westwood Glen.

Portraits from a short visit to a Karen Hill-tribe school in Mae Hong Son, Thailand.
Under the bodhi tree in the school yard, Karen children practice their reading together. On Fridays, children come to school in traditional dress.

Reading Church (St. James), Roman Catholic, 30 June 2018. Built 1840 by A W N Pugin, his first church, in Norman style, which was unusual for Victorian neo-Gothic. The south aisle and apse ambulatory were added in 1925 and the north aisle in 1962. Pictured is the nave looking towards the west gallery.
