Reach Out

Four Tops

Strobist note: Key light - SB25 1/8 bounced in a white umbrella in the direction of the kittens paw. Fill light - daylight from a window to the left of the kitten. Flash triggered with remote from Gadget Infinity.

I saw this strange looking step van with a Isuzu-esque grille. Upon closer inspection, it had a badge on the side that read Powered by Isuzu. The grille reminded me of the US only SUV that we never got up here. Assender, I think it was.

Does anyone know more about this obscure looking work horse?

Like, were they common and were they only sold in the US or Canada too?

A sharp shower diverted me into the house and the famous portrait of Hambletonian by the renowned equine artist George Stubbs. The horse is amazing but the stable boy's fingers on the back of the horse's neck suggest that his right arm would reach past his knees. The phrase 'more money than sense' always comes to mind when I visit Mount Stewart.

Strobist info: YN560 either side of subject @1/8 power in watertight containers. Triggered by RF602's.

This is my new Halo Reach/Multiplayer Moc. It doesn't realy resemble a specific map, just some of the different abilities you can use on the video game: Halo Reach, such as running, jet pack, energy shield. Also, it can be opened to get a better (clear) view at it (Moc "semi- opened"right now). To watch it totally open click on the link: or to watch it totally closed click here: www.flickr.com/photos/53675253@N07/5196951224/

A cloud looks like trying to reach out to the high in the sky mosque's minaret.

This mosque has been built in the 14th century and located in Alexandria, Egypt.

Bucket list activity #101: Climb a tree and reach for the sky. Check!

The perfectly lovely Snowflake Sonata had no trouble climbing this tree (which I made just for this theme) because this picture is a flat lay. I love flat lays! You can do so much more when you aren’t fighting gravity!

There was plenty of food, but as always, the bit over there was the best.
