Got up at 5:15 am to catch the sunrise and it was boring as can be. There were no sunrise colors whatsoever, it just got bright and then the sun was out. But 80 minutes after sunrise clouds covered up the sun just in the right spot and created these wonderful sun rays.

There was a time when I use to go on climbs like this and never brought a camera. At a certain point in my life I decided that it wasn't fair not to share these moments of pure awe with the people that would appreciate them. I started bringing my camera with me to these plces high in the sky where at the end of the day the light reaches out for one last kiss of the earth.

I went to Cape Spencer expecting colorful sunset, well that did not happen. But I had some fun climbing up the rock and catching my self jumping on top of it. Finally this global current of taking picture of my self is reaching me, here is a SELFIE ! I also saw a little whale close to shore for free, I did few cruise to observe whales that were not succesful.

This is another from Saturday's visit to the Tualatin River Wildlife Refuge. This was just following the shot I showed a few days ago.

Macro Rock Moss,growing out of a Rock.

Roots of cypress trees are reaching down to embrace the river bottom. It's a quiet and beautiful world inside the river.
