In my family's orchard, we grow raspberries, cherries and Saskatoon berries. this was the first completely coloured bunch I found.

Ingredients:
3 large nectarines (skinned and chopped)
Water (<1/4 c)
Agave nectar (~1 tablespoon)
Juice of one lime
Splash of Chardonnay
Blend with hand blender
Pour into ice cream maker
Voila!
after getting about 15 quarts of strawberries from the garden over the past few weeks, they're starting to slow down and now the raspberries are coming in. a lot of raspberries. a veritable mountain of raspberries.
our strawberry jam turned out so well, i bet we'll be making some raspberry jam in the very near future.

This raspberry tiramisu is a wonderful spring version of the Italian classic: Layers of rose-blushed French Ladyfingers called Biscuits roses de Reims, pink raspberry puree and primrose cream are visible beautifully when served in the little glasses, crowned by whole fragrant raspberries - I can't wait to make it again.
