Raspberry Swirl - Tori Amos
Huh-huh-huh, let's go.
I am not your senorita. I am not from your tribe.
In the gard- in the garden? I did no crime.
I am not your senorita. I am not from your tribe.
If you want inside her, well, boy you better make her raspberry swirl.
Things are getting dear desperate when all the boys can't be men.
Everybody knows I'm her friend, everybody knows I'm her man...

Huh-huh-huh, let's go.
I am not your senorita. I don't aim so high.
In my heart- in my heart? I did no crime.
If you want inside her, well, boy you better make her raspberry swirl.
Ra-a-a-aspberry swirl, mmm let's go.

Ra-a-a-aspberry swirl, you go inside her world.
(And she swirls.)
Yes let's go, ra-a-aspberry swirl, let's go.
(And she swirls, and she swirls again.)

Chocolate and raspberries are such a good combination. These fellas were the topping for a chocolate torte.
I don't normally like kids, but this cute, bouncy baby boy totally won me over with his raspberry-blowing and his cute mischievous smiles.
He's so adorable that my sister Kat (in pic) wanted to take him home!

Angel food cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh raspberries.
Cream cheese frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz butter, softened
a couple of tablespoons of milk
one capful vanilla (about 1/2 teaspoon)
enough powdered sugar to reach your desired consistency
(This is enough frosting for one cake if you make it drizzly. If you want proper spreadable frosting, make a double.)
From the Farmer's Market. Sadly, I was all prepared to make jam, got the kitchen all set up, the jars + lids + rings all washed & sterilized. And then I started washing the berries. Worms EVERYWHERE. More specifically: fruit fly larvae. So disgusting. Had to throw them out & then sit & sob a million tears.
(The next day, a sweet friend offered to gift me with some raspberries she had previously picked, stored in her freezer. YAY!!!!)
