47 of 365: It is a sign of the times in which we live that when we saw www.threesixfive.ca , we assumed the photos on there had been taken with a phone app rather than polaroids.
Michelle had the idea of doing 365 random acts of kindness and she has been documenting her acts by taking polaroid photos, then scanning them before uploading them to www.threesixfive.ca . That's a summary of what she's doing voluntarily. You can find out more by visiting her website. She's looking for other people who'd like to be involved in a similar project that she will curate so please visit her facebook page, www.facebook.com/ProjectThreeSixFive .
She'll share the rest of the images from our meeting soon.
Michelle, you're wonderful! Keep it up.
Now on its 6th year...
I've been gleefully doing this every Christmas and I'm here again knocking at your mailbox.

Email me at frivolous [at] gmail [dot] com or convo me here in Flickr with your name and mailing address.
Don't worry, your information will never be used for any vile purpose. And yes, it's FREE! No strings attached. Really, that's it.
If you went to exchange cards, just let me know. ;-)
A posting in a swapping community proposed the idea of swapping lists, and in this case, a list of 100 things that we are grateful for. The project is inspired from this link. Here is #20-24.

Be kind.
During last week’s Coconut Grove Arts Festival, the Kind company was distributing their healthy grain bars.
I was pleased to see the Kind representative hand out their bars to a local homeless man (without him asking) and not just the art patrons attending the show. He was just finishing a bowl of instant ramen noodles and gladly accepted the bar.
The timing of this gesture couldn’t have been more perfect. Just the previous week I was having a conversation with a client about how difficult it can be to find true “kindness” in Miami. Don’t get me wrong, there are some wonderful people here and some of them I consider my friends. But, just like any large, growing city, people can treat each other as strangers and not neighbors. Kind gestures are simple and yet make the atmosphere so much friendlier.
Have you noticed any random acts of kindness?
