Previously unpublished shot from August 2015 while out for the day at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. This shot was only held back because the focus is a little of at 1:1 scale and I had so many good shots that day. I hope you like this one. I do love making someone's day enough that they spontaneously offer a smile.
Dust and and internal reflections let the glow wire almost explode. That shows dramatically the energy of the electrons inside the wire.

Happy Macro Monday everyone.
This clock is on my cooker, and the numbers are slightly over 1cm high and from the edge of the 1 to the outer edge of the 4 is about 3cm.

As difficult as it is to take shots into the sun, I feel that you have always got to try, otherwise you will never remember the reason why you are there, to convey the beautiful scene...
Rudbeckia or "Black-eyed Susan" flowers in the garden. Processed with Topaz Glow "Wonderland" filter. Happy Sliders Sunday! I reckon this would make a cool jigsaw puzzle.
