This photo may have been more suitable for Good Friday than for Easter Sunday, but with the gloomy weather in London it fits my mood better. It was taken last year in Barnoon Cemetery, a cemetery overlooking the sea in St Ives, Cornwall.
Ripper is a pretty neat figure. Probably my second favorite 'Nok (not counting Zartan as one) after Buzzer. The sculpting is great on him, and his weapons are pretty neat.
Speaking of the Dreadnok's, I've grown a greater appreciation for them as the years go by. While portrayed in the Sunbow series as Zartan's stooges, and in other media as biker gang outlaws, I've always seen that as something they do on the side of their real work as mercenaries and saboteurs. When I look at them like that, I find a lot more uses for the group besides "goofy crooks on bikes".
They tore down my childhood school, for no good reason, except that they are boring people with no vison. :(
I lost my beautiful 4 month old cat Buffy to FIV, last thursday (4th of October). I'm so sorry that she's not going to get to grow up, and we didn't get to spend more time together, but the time we did I'll never forget. No regrets ever adopting her, no matter how hard the two last weeks of her life, battling with disease, were. She was extraordinary, smart, sweet and with a strong personality. She'll be forever with me.
rest in peace my beautiful baby*

We had a little get together today in memory of my friends dad who passed away at the end of October. If you hadn't guessed yet, he liked his liquor, though that is not what he succumbed from.
This is the corner of a mail truck trailer whose top had been ripped off when (presumably) the driver attempted to take it under a low-hanging structure.
Lost one of our cats yesterday :-(
She spent a little over 8 years with us after spending 3 and 1/2 of her first 4 and 1/2 year in a shelter.
