Nymphie was the best, and losing her broke my heart. My life just isn't the same without her.

I seem to be ripping my pants much too often. I can think of three possibilities why:
1) I buy cheap pants
2) I wear my pants out
3) I need to buy bigger pants :(

Found this little chap out and about in our garden during the day (not a good sign) we fed him and left him alone and he went into his box that we always provide for Hedgehogs to hibernate in but the next day to our horror he was lying at the top of our garden with loads of flies around him but he was still alive so we took him to our friends house who look after wildlife but we had a call in the evening to say the poor soul did not make it a very sad day R I P Spike

As many of you know I lost my mom right at the start of this 365 project. Your words of encouragement, support, and condolences were amazingly cathartic in those difficult times. I almost gave up doing the 365, but again, the support I receive gave me the necessary motivation and drive to perserve and continue to project. I don't think I could have done it without everyone's support. Thank-you.
On Saturday we finally laid my mom to rest. My sisters and I had a good laugh realizing that we were burying her on the so call end of the world day. She is re-united with my dad in the same plot. RIP, we will miss you!
Day 141 of 365
Unfortunately, Roy Orbison had tail and fin rot (caused by flesh eating bacteria) from being kept in dirty water at the pet store (which I will not be frequenting again). If you compare him to the RZA, you can see how frayed Roy Orbison's tail is in this picture, taken the day I brought him home. I did not recognize this as rot, being an ignorant first time betta-buyer. The rot was so advanced already that it was eating his body after only three days and did not respond to meds. RIP Roy Orbison; you were a friendly little fish.
