Me going to see Lou Reed. Jim took this photo

A Kenworth passes a memorial site on Bower Road, for a four year old boy who was killed in a crash involving a truck last year.

This picture of Jack the Ripper is slowly fading into the brickwork. Spotted nearby Spitalfields Market.

This is our stunning rescue cat Sammy, it was love at first sight with this fellow, he was the first cat we saw at the rexcue center and the cat we finally decided to take home.

He lived with us for 10-11 years and was very much a lap cat. When he was outside he was top cat till his final week of life...

He got a very large chunk of our hearts for he was very loving, very cuddly, very sweet, very clever(despite us saying he was stupid teasingly... we never ever meant it.) For a cat who had been mistreated and regularly beaten before he came to us he was surprisingly gentle and loving.

Unfortunately in his last year of life around Easter half term he was noticeably not eating(which was odd because he had always been fond of his food), skinny had sunken in eyes and his stomach still looked large... Naturally we were worried and took him to the vet where they took tests and found nothing wrong.. They decided to have him brought in a few days later for screening....

In the next few days it was horrible to see him, he was so weak and skinny, he could barely walk and he became increasingly cuddly and would snuggle up with one of us and just sleep.... It made me cry just to see him, but the day before we took him to the vets it was sunny and he made it outside to the patio and lay in the sun while we sat on the chairs....

Next morning I got dressed for school, Sammy was put in his cat box and rushed off to the vet... That's the last I saw of him, for later that day he was tested positive for FIP an incurable disease that affects cat's (for more information look here:

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feline_infectious_peritonitis

The vet and my mother decided the best thing to do was to put him to sleep (after the vet told us he was likely to die in pain later in the week anyway...)

He is greatly missed and I still have a hole in my heart where he used to be... Rgis photo was taken on his last christmas with us

I love jeans, I mean who doesn’t. I really don’t dress by trends, I dress based on what I like. And I’ve always liked 70s boho chic, so I always incorporate it in my look so how.

And I’ve always love ripped jeans, and when I find one that fits me and it’s on sale...

RIP Streetz. Found in Southeast Seattle, WA.

The Rip Van Winkel Bridge spans the Hudson River between Catskill and just below Hudson, New York.

I tried to walk across it yesterday, with my mother. I've been wanting to do this for a long time, and it never even occurred to me I might be scared. I hate certain types of heights (fire towers? yikes!), but the Brooklyn Bridge never fazed me.

I got barely a few yards onto the walkway of this bridge, and I felt like my heart was in my mouth. There was just too little between me and the fall. I like to think it was this bridge and that I could still do the Brooklyn Bridge, but who knows -- maybe my fear of heights has gotten worse.

So my Mom kindly turned around with me, and we went and took some photos OF the bridge rather than FROM it. And then we explored the little city of Catskill (it's on the other side of the river from us, and I'd never explored it before).

Not really my typical sort of shot, but I'm trying to, well, try new things.

The LCD on my laptop died and I took it by the Apple Store for a replacement. When they gave me my laptop back they hadn't just replaced the LCD but the entire top cover. I was shocked as I had no idea they'd be doing that and asked if I could keep the old broken one as I had a lot of stickers on it that I didn't think I could replace and that meant a lot to me. The lady initially told me they no longer had it, then finally said they did have it but had to return it to Apple and the only way I could keep it would be to have them undo the repair. I offered to buy it, begged even but no go. She did bring it out so I could snap this last photo before they took it away.

Painted by Logan 'Celo' Miller. 2010.

Frank Vandenbroucke died yesterday in his hotelroom in Senegal.

I never liked him, but is unfair to pass away when you're only 34 and he did some great things for the Belgian cyclingcommunity.

I hope he'll found peace now in heaven and I think he will never be forgotten.

Goodbye Frank

可憐的五週年外套,已經脫皮了

I saw this had had to snap it for Zach

That's what the insides of metal balls look like! No...not really. Ripped open by pol-co.

Montage of 'surprise' photos taken at the Rip This Joint All Dayer back in the summer. Red Flash and slide film. Some faces I clearly recognise, others I'm not so sure about, s'what happens when I'm let loose with a camera and a bag o' booze I'm afraid!

The T-shirt my dad's buddies gave him back in the 70's as a joke. He only wore it once. Extra poignant today.

I think the name sounds sort of dumb, but it's a fun ride. And you can listen to Daft Punk while riding it. Not that you're really paying attention to the music (at least, I wasn't).

Favorite ride was the Mummy ride, though. Roller coaster in the dark with fire and stuff.
