My intended schedule may estimate about 1 month round trip self drive traveling down scenic Southern Island of New Zealand for completing the most captivating landscape photography and wander into the big five, the wilderness of untamed Africa nature for my project 2016 before my physical body stamina eventually drain off.

Northamptonshire, where we live, is perhaps one of the least known counties in England despite the fact that the M1 and the A14 pass through it. It is a rural county with rich farmland and the remains of two large medieval forests. There are only half a dozen large towns, of which the largest is Northampton itself, several miles to the south of here.

Formerly known as a shoe and leather producer, and for its iron and steel industry based mainly at Corby, Northamptonshire is now mainly a light industrial and storage and distribution centre with vast warehouses either lining or close to the main through routes. It has also been required to build vast new housing developments to help reduce the housing problem in the south-east of England.

Theres more green grass in this old rat rod V Dub , the 63 Karmann Ghia than there is outside on the ground .. Its just so dry out there at present .. Who would think so with this green luxurious profusion of shag .. and this grass doesn't need watering to keep green , neither . As for the rich red brocade door liners .. Wow , thats class for you . As they say .. Variety is the spice of life . Priceless .. Smile .

The Cone Nebula and Christmas Tree Cluster of Monoceros by Alan Dyer

This is the nebula rich region in the constellation of Monoceros the Unicorn with the dark Cone Nebula (left of centre) and the small V-shaped and bright Hubble’s Variable Nebula at bottom, a reflection nebula that varies in form and brightness. Above the Cone Nebula is the triangular Christmas Tree Cluster, NGC 2264, here upside down as the bright blue star 15 Mon is the base of the tree. The large region of nebulosity is Sharpless 2-273. The V-shaped dark nebula above centre is LDN 1603.

Near 15 Mon is a blue reflection nebula. Another blue reflection nebula IC 2169 and associated star cluster Collinder 95 is at left — I framed the field to contain this nebula. Other bits of reflection nebulosity surround it - clockwise: NGC 2245, NGC 2247 and IC 446 above the main nebula. The rich faint cluster near centre is Trumpler 5.

This is a blend of 8 x 5-minute exposures at ISO 800 unfiltered with 6 x 8-minute exposures at ISO 1600 shot through an Optolong L-Enhance dual-band nebula enhancement filter (it lets through only Oxygen III blue-green and Hydrogen-alpha red to really enhance the nebulosity). All exposures with the Canon EOS Ra mirrorless camera through the SharpStar HNT150 Hyperbolic Newtonian Astrograph at f/2.8, from home on a very clear moonless night January 26, 2020. All stacked, aligned and blended in Photoshop 2020.

An afternoon Bognor Regis to Victoria service runs into Amberley station on the 'Mid Sussex', or 'Arun Valley' line that runs between Horsham and Arundel Junction. This shot was taken from inside to wooden waiting shelter which has informative panels displaying information about the local area which is rich in history.
