Olympus OM-1 and Zuiko 50mm f/1.8 , Kodak Ultramax 400 developped with the Rollei Digibase kit (dev. 3'30" at 100°F), the negative was digitalized with kit zoom on extension rings using a custom made negative holder.

This OWH card is for the emboss resist challenge. I decided to emboss my butterfly embellishments and then apply distress ink to each butterfly. This idea and my stamp choices were inspired by Nichol's great LO, which can be seen on her blog here:

A set up for a shot of Bobbies' freshly baked low fat blueberry muffins quickly turned into a pet shot as well. Not one muffin was sacrificed in the shooting of this photo, though we did come very close to losing the whole batch.
This is Ragar, the male half of my twin kitties. Rags is incredibly sweet and personable, inquisitive and demanding. He's my explorer, always up for a challenge of trying to figure out how to open a door, or get into a closet. He's also very much a lap cat, and it's hard to keep him off me, as he won't take no for an answer! His sister, Freja, is just starting to like getting on my lap a little, and boy, is he ever jealous! He will sit there glaring at her until she gets down! I am, in his opinion, his property, and he's not willing to share!
Who could resist that look? I try, but it's pretty pointless. I wish he would have held still while I was trying to capture that expression, but he's a fast little Dickens, and Freja is even faster, so I have even less shots of her. I'm working on it! There's a little blur, but I think you can see how beautiful he is.
In case you're wondering where the names came from, I named him after Ragnar in the History Channel series, "Vikings", and Freja is the name of one of the Norse goddesses. I'm not into the goddess thing, but the female characters had pretty ugly names, so there you have it. Besides, she answered to it! They both come when called, though not always right away. We're working on that, too. Cats are smart. They train their people, not the other way around. If they love you enough, though, they will do well with commands, and when they don't, there's always the squirt gun. Mine is a super soaker and will nail them from across the room, lol! "GET OFF the table!!!" ....Squirt......."Rags! Stop biting Freja!"......Squirt..... "Freja, stop bugging your brother!!!".....Squirt. Yes, there will be puddles.....

The pig's lying tweet from July 3:

Analysis: The Justice Department has ruled that Trump's tweets are official statements from him as POTUS. So every lie, every obstruction, every abuse, every illegal act is an official crime. They all need to be investigated and prosecuted.

On my way home from work I couldn't resist making a detour to my favourite lighthouse. The light was looking so soft and inviting & for once the sea was like a millpond. I had all of 5 minutes to find and take this image before the lovely colours of dusk were gone for another day.
