The exterior siding has been removed from the wall where the new window will go. Here, the wall is boarded up to keep the tools, etc. safe from night-time prowlers (cats and skunks).
The tiled fireplace. The little table there is already proving to be handy for mail and stuff. That must be put to a stop immediately.
