Eagle Lake State Park Rangers Anthony Sueburg and Craig Skidbo assisted Hazzard Range County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Leta with a report of assault on Railbed Rd in the Eagle Bench area .

Established in the early 1900s as a man-made reservoir, Eagle Lake caused the relocation of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway (ATSF) line; today, in several areas, when the lake level descends below 13% capacity, the old roadbed re-emerges and lot of it is used as a thoroughfare within the State Park.

Owned by Lindsay and Amanda Applebee .They also own one in Eagle Lake in Hazzard Range county ( county north here ) Together they own about 20 Vintage Trailers they are set up like cabins , Here Ray Dee is backing one of their newly bought trailers into the shop . One day it will join the place they are opening in Sand Hot Springs in the Hazzard Range county National forest ( Clay County ) .
Forks is made up of three ( Fork , Middle Fork and Top Fork ) little cluster of homes and businesses that form Forks In 1987 they consolidated to Form Forks with a total population of about 899 on the banks of Forks creek .Most part of the canyon they set in is home to small farms and ranches in the surrounding desert .All three Villages set in Forks Creeks Canyon along the Forks Creek in Apache County NM , just over the County Line from Hazzard Range County. Also all three are served by a joint Village Commission that has three Commissioners Forks Police Department ( FPD) has a budget of 5 officers including the Chief.

On this Monday Dec 18th ,2023 afternoon Outside of of Sparta Auto parts we rancher Millie Kelly talking with Hazzard Range County Sheriff's office Investigator Clint Dallas about few things His temporary unit “ old 99 “ is 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor is it last days as a 2023 Ford police interceptor utility is going to be its replacement very soon . Millie owns a ranch on Cortez Ranch rd in Northwestern part of the county ,she got full ownership of the ranch after her and her ex-husband divorce in 2018 .
We also see Casey Torres and Ray Sammy, both retired state workers, play their daily game of chess in front of the store . They have been playing almost daily for the last 14 years ,but the last three have been in front of the auto part store .
Scene takes place in Sparta, the county seat .

On this Wednesday, Oct 2 2024 afternoon, the 83nd Annual In Hazzard Range County Fair and fairgrounds are swarm of activities as fair entries arrive 4-H animals are already on site. Two people we see next to the Sheriff’s office unit is Deputy Nick Sandi talking with The Hazzard Range Bulletin Reporter Eve Cooper
Nick tells Eve that since this is her first fair since moving to the county last spring. This is one of the biggest events of the year and with a county, that is larger than two East Coast states combined, the fair is one of few events that has something for everyone, from the exhibitors, vendors, art, food, livestock auction, pet and animal show, rodeo, and Saturday night dance. He adds the Sheriff’s office has deputies assigned shifts for the fair and the Community Health Center has EMTs on-site during the 4-day run with School district fall break also happening at the same time as the fair now.
Fair takes place at the county Fairground on the North side of Sparta the county seat and hub of the county.
On this Thursday Sept 14th, 2023 ,We see Boom Police Chief Stanley Chavez headed into city hall as Interim Mayor/City commissioner Howie Gracie talks with John Monotony owner of Monotony Enterprises who is the biggest landowner in the county, the only other being the Federal government .
Interim Mayor/City commissioner Howie Gracie was appointed to the seat last week to fill the vacancy left by Mayor / commissioner Rick Gram who died August 17th,2023. Chief Chavez and officer Jay Bosh have been both cleared by 14th Judicial District Attorney's Office from Officer involved shooting that left one suspect dead and another injured who is still in the Apache county detention center and the store clerk that was injured by the suspect has been released. Apache Regional Medical Center. Next week the City council votes to keep Chavez as Police chief or not .
Boom is in Western Part of Apache County NM in the Terreno llano Seco basin ( TLS basin ) and Terreno llano Seco means dry flat land in Spanish . Boom has a population of about 1,798.
It is named for the oil boom that started in the area back in the 1950s

Hazzard Range County sheriff’s office Deputy John Millerson took a report of counterfeit money at the 300 block of Horse Dr ( Eagle Lake community center ) in Eagle lake .
