CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. -- Assemblymember Sharon Quirk-Silva converses with a student during a tour of the Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary School, Feb. 28. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the assemblywomen on education and quality of life issues affecting Camp Pendleton service members and families. Quirk-Silva is the chair of the Assembly Veterans Committee for the Fullerton, Orange County district.
