My computer had a known logic-boad failure issue, which i've had fixed once before. Too bad it happened again, except by now my baby has been classified vintage by Apple. No parts, no sending it out for a fix, no nothing. :( Poor baby's only 5 years old.
Ah, but frustrated iBook owners love taking things apart and venting on internet forums, and someone suggested this quick fix. Totally works! Looks 110% ghetto, but works!

Supplys mostly repaired, PEX piece and a Sharkbite tee, coupler added to get everything working again.
The warehouse supervisor is preparing already cut rags for further export.
This rag has so far traveled over 6,000km since it’s initial donation to charity.
I just folded it under so it lied [more] flat. Not perfect, but ... well, it's already been given as a gift so I'll have to steal it back to fix it. Or just have a glass of wine and forget about it.
Hundreds of thousands of tonnes of donated clothing is shipped overseas each year for sorting into rag and by-product. At what cost is the carbon footprint where a kilo of zippers or buttons can be sold for less than 5 cents and cut wool less than 20 cents after traveling 3,000km to do so?
The author of this statue/fountain is Simeon Roksandic (1874-1943). Roksandic was informed that the ship transporting his sculpture had sunk, so he made another copy. As it turned out, the original was not lost, so he ended up with two copies of this sculpture. Currently, this is located in Jezuitski Square, Zagreb, Croatia., and the other is in Kalemegdan park in Belgrade, Serbia
I just watched "Fiddler on the Roof" and this square & statue are quite visible as the setting for a communist demonstration.
Or 'Supa Glue'. It appears that Selleys' marketting persons cannot spell... Purchased to fix some broken crockery, but it may well find uses elsewhere as well
