Prior to the locomotive shortage effects kicking in, Burnie Yard would sometimes be overflowing. Out of use former Emu Bay Railway locomotive sits in a siding attached to a fuel wagon, whilst 2006/2100 and another locomotive occupy the quickfix. 2005 and another DQ can also be seen. This is in addtion to 2101 and another unidentified locomotive that were also in Burnie at the time.

Must be some big cut-backs in the city's maintenance department to have to use duct tape to fix the concrete telephone light pole.

Went ahead and fixed the fitment of both sideskirts. Due to jacking the car up, the sideskirts were pushed outside, creating a gap.

To fix it, I had to remove the skirts and trimmed them on the place of the jack points. Quick and easy fix!

We have been having some issues with the landing to the downstairs at work. So this is a temporary fix, though for this 100-year old building it's not a problem.

"No Garlic? Not Now!"

I inadvertently bought a jar of garlic free dill pickles (the horror!) the other day for sandwiches and wraps... totally unacceptable as is, I resorted to mincing up (pretty much turning to paste) half a huge head of organic garlic and tossing it into the brine with some extra cracked peppercorns. Giving it a few days, the problem will be solved!

I put a sunset in Photoshop and clicked on the quickfix button. Unusual what it saw in the transparency.

Not sure if this was on purpose or not, but a piece of duct tape is put across a crack on a sidewalk in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

West Australia > Malaysia > West Australia. After completing a sea journey of over 6,000km, this cut rag has been weighed and re-bagged in Australia then wrapped in plastic for on-sale.

The donated clothing, now cut rag, has already created a substantial carbon footprint having completed the round sea voyage from West Australia to Malaysia and back covering more than 6,000 kms. Here it’s being double-checked for metal content and re-bagged into 5kg rag bags to export yet again...
