An old Q class hoper wagon sits on the old Greymouth wharf as a reminder of what once was as coal trains from the west coast mines would arrive on a daily basis at the Greymouth port with Q class hoper wagons fully loaded with good west coast coal from coal mines like Rewanui to be loaded on to ships destined for Australia and Europe.

On 18 May 2018, the last train from Sheffield Park (16.30 departure) to East Grinstead is seen heading north from Horsted Keynes station. This view is, as far as I am concerned, a stereotypical BR (SR) working and features the 1939 built, Maunsell designed 'Q' Class, numbered 30541, absolutely delightful!
